 All new clients are required to complete our New Client Form. This gives us important information about your dog, including their breed, grooming history, health, behavior, and individual needs.

 his step is important! Completing the New Client Form does not request or reserve an appointment. After submitting your form, please also submit an appointment request so our team can find the best available appointment for your pup.

 Once we receive your information and appointment request, a member of our team will review everything and reach out to you to finalize your appointment.

Because we provide one-on-one grooming, we’re often hands-on with a pup and unable to respond immediately. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

 A few things to know before we meet your pup:

Current rabies vaccination: Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required before grooming.

Pricing: Our listed prices are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on your dog’s size, coat condition, behavior, grooming needs, and the time required to complete their service.

Farm or Mobile: We offer both farm-based and mobile grooming. Availability, pricing, and suitability may differ between the two options, and we’re happy to help determine which is the best fit for your dog.

One-on-One Appointments: We intentionally schedule our appointments to provide individualized care. Your groomer’s attention is focused on the pup in their care, which is also why responses during grooming hours may take a little longer.

 Every dog we meet on the farm or into our mobile salon is different, and we think their grooming experience should reflect that.
